Delivery
- We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
- Delivery is free on every UK order — no minimum spend.
- Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive within 2–5 working days.
- We will email you as soon as your parcel leaves the workshop.
If you are outside the UK, please contact us before ordering — we may be able to quote for international delivery.
Returns and cancellations
As a UK distance seller we must give you a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We go further and offer 30 days from delivery to change your mind.
- The item must be unused and in a resaleable condition, in its original packaging where possible.
- To start a return, email us with your order number and reason.
- We will confirm the return address and any instructions within one working day.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods.
- If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return postage in full.
Faults and damaged deliveries
Please check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged or faulty, email us photos within 7 days and we will replace the item or refund you in full — your choice. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
VAT
All prices shown include UK VAT at 20%. A VAT invoice can be supplied on request.
