By ordering from this website you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
Orders and prices
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT at 20%.
- We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch; if the corrected price is higher, we will contact you and you may cancel.
- A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch.
Delivery
Delivery is free to UK addresses. Delivery timescales given on this site are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Cancellation and returns
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we offer 30 days. Goods should be returned unused and in a resaleable condition. Full details are on the Delivery & Returns page.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods.
Product images and descriptions
Colours can look different on different screens. Measurements are approximate to within a couple of centimetres.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
